Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. How to Request a DPA

Send a request to legal@olvex.dev with:

• your legal entity name and billing email;
• your Olvex account identifier and project identifiers;
• the signatory name and title.

2. Scope

The DPA covers processing of customer telemetry and account data required to provide Olvex services, including ingestion, storage, and dashboard access features.

3. Subprocessors and Infrastructure

Olvex uses third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, communications, and payment processing. Current providers and material updates are communicated through support and trust-center documentation.

4. Security and Breach Notification

Security commitments follow the controls described in the Security Overview. Breach and incident communication commitments are defined in the signed DPA terms.

5. Data Subject Requests

Data access, correction, and deletion requests can be submitted to privacy@olvex.dev and legal@olvex.dev. Requests are processed according to contractual and legal requirements.
