Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for paid Olvex subscriptions.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan has no subscription charge, so no refund applies.
2. Paid Plan Charges
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (for example, monthly) unless canceled. You are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchase.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Unless required by law or otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not retroactively refund already billed time.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
We may issue refunds in cases such as:
- duplicate charges;
- unauthorized payments confirmed by investigation;
- billing errors caused directly by Olvex systems.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- partial month usage after renewal;
- unused quota or event limits during an active period;
- downgrades applied mid-cycle (effective from next cycle unless stated otherwise).
6. Payment Processor Terms
Payments are processed by authorized payment providers. Their terms and dispute processes may also apply to your transaction.
7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact billing@olvex.dev with your account email, project id, transaction id, and reason for request.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest effective date is shown on this page.
